Choosing the best site for redevelopment

We started with 5 ideas:

1. Industrial Lactea Talavera
2. “Tresku” building in front of “El Corte Inglés”
3. Old dairy in “Ronda del Cañillo”
4. Old flour factory “La harinera Talaverana”
5. Pedro Tenorio Square

• After a initial filter, we discarded the Pedro Tenorio Square:

The main reason to be discarded was that the project of redesigning these sites was too unrealistic to be carried out.

• After a second filter, we left out “Industrial Lacteas de Talavera”. Some of the students made interviews to people in the street.

So, after a few meetings, we decided to focus only on three of them.

• The Tresku building
• The Flour Factory
• The Dairy of Ronda del Canillo

After a pool with all the international students, we decided to focus on The Tresku Building.
