In 1965, it was a flour factory used for industry in all of its floors. Currently it is planned to have houses built by the company “ORAMBA”.

Possible uses that it could have:

- It can be a social place for young people with amusements arcades, playground, a place where we can have fun and this way, the city and job growth can be promoted. We can prevent young people from getting into trouble if we build a library, cinema and entertainment premises.
- A hotel or hostel can be built with a little shopping center for the passengers travelling by train because it is near the train station of Talavera.
- Thanks to the size of this building, the possibilities of doing projects with this building are diverse and very different, it dependents on the requirements or interest
