Dear Mr Bude,

We are writing to you with request. We are national group of students who are working on the project. Our goal is to renew place in city we live in. Pupils from Deutschland, Mönchengladbach decided to work on « British Pub ». It would be placed near to main road. We are aware of the poor financial situation, but we think that it is payable investment.
Thanks to convenient location this pub will attract a fine group of people, even tourists.  It is an excellent way to revive the economics situations of the city. We recognize that there are some restaurants nearby, a Greek and an Italian. That is why we think it will be an ideal way to expand cultural interest.  
Also, this pub can be combined with other ideas. It would be a splendid place for a hotel which would enhance the touristic. The pub can also be used to organize a festival. It is extremely convenient. Therefore this place can be used in many different ways. It will be multifunction, which will make it profitable. 
The main idea is to build more than just a pub. We want to organize festivals, theatre plays, sports competitions. The pub would be kept in British character. For this reason there will be some live, British music, films, information about Britain and souvenirs.  It is, therefore place which would attract more and more people, because of its comprehensive program. People would become more interested in other culture and nations. 
All in all, we come to you with an attempt to support our idea. It would be beneficial in many ways. We think money put into building will pay off in a very short time. We look forward to your response.
