Taking into account the results of the poll and the discussion with all the spanish students involved in the project, we agreed to divide the building into three different zones, one for each owner of the building:

• ZONE 3: A fair trade center. A shop and help center to perform workshops and courses to help cooperatives, farmers, stockbreeders etc. so they can start their own fair trade business.
• ZONE 2: Leisure area. Cafeteria to keep the old spirit of the building but with the ethics of the fair trade, and offering fair trade products.
• ZONE 1: A sports facility for kids. A center to promote and initiate children to other sports different than the popular ones. A center to guide kids to learn moral and ethic values through sport.

The conservatory was ruled out because there is already one in Talavera.
